Disappointing Alternative to Eye Alert
I was upset to find out Eye Alert was discontinued, but decided to give this a try because it seemed like the same thing. It is not at all the same and is an extremely disappointing alternative. The consistency is way too watery and it doesn’t rub into your skin. There is no noticeable difference with using this product like there was with Eye Alert. PLEASE BRING IT BACK OR FIX THIS FORMULA! Eye Alert was one of my favorite Kiehl’s products along with the Supremely Gentle Eye Makeup Remover - both of which were discontinued. Please stop discontinuing your best products! These were the 2 products that made me a fan of Kiehl’s in the first place.

Appropriate use necessary
I got this eye cream because I wanted a lighter cream to use in the morning instead of a heavier cream (I use the creamy eye avocado). I have combination skin and do not get dry around my eyes except for in the colder months. Many people are using this on its own when they have drier skin, and it would be best layered. I layer this underneath my eye cream in the winter to reap the benefits but also have the moisture. Once it begins warming up like presently I skip the second layer and use this on its own. It is a cooling gel texture that calms puffiness from a restless night, or allergies. It also dries rather quickly. Concealer layers very well over this, compared to many other eye creams that cause creasing.

Tightens and eliminates bags!
Wow, I have terrible bags under my eyes every morning with sleepy eyes that don't go away without the eye alert. This product tightens my eyes and within a few minutes of applying it the bags are almost completely gone and my eyes look tighter and I look awake FINALLY! My morning eye routine now consists of eye drops followed by the eye alert and let me tell you, you will not be satisfied with anther eye cream after trying this, I have tried everything and this is some serious hardcore de-puffing power in a small bottle...

Still not seeing a difference
I'm a Kiehl's loyalist so when I started noticing dark circles under my eyes on some days, I recalled this product which had been so highly recommended to me. Years of late studying and long nights at the office had me looking a little tired, I guess.
After a few weeks of use, I am not seeing any improvement or change from thisproduct. I use as directed but have never seen the puffiness or dark circles go away. I might try the Marine firming creme next time, because so far, Eye Alert has done nothing.

Not sure yet
So I'm new to Kiehl's products, I've been using them for about 2 weeks now. I haven't given up on this product yet, but so far It doesn't seem to do much for me. I use it in the morning and at night but haven't noticed much difference. Also after reading all the reviews, I was a little suprised that I didn't get that cooling or "Icy hot" type tingle after applying, I was kind of looking forward to it. I know I haven't been using it for very long and Ill update this review if anything changes but so far I'm not impressed. I've never really used skin care products before and I instantly loved some of the other facial fuel products but this one is disappointing so far.

Best sample product I've even gotten!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I went into Kiehl's I didn't expect to walk out with a mens product! I explained that I was looking for a good eye cream. The sales lady gave me this as a 0.1 fl. Oz. I'll admit I was a little skeptical. With just the first time of using it I could see results! I can't believe how good it works. I have dark circles & dehydration look that run in my family, and work outside with all the elements. The circles are lighter, my skin lookes hydrated. I'm happy to have found this!

I love this stuff
I originally bought this for my husband, started "borrowing" it when I ran out of eye cream one day, and was hooked! This is so great for the day-time. I use something creamier at night, but this is great for the morning "pick me up!" I really did see a decrease in puffiness and dark circles with this product. My husband and I have been using it now for a year and a half.

best daily eye cream!
I have used many, many different eye creams and this is, by far, the most effective.
Granted, I don't have to worry about dark circles or lines yet, so I will not attest to it's effectiveness on that...I don't know how much of an "anti-aging" effect this has...looking at the ingredients, this product is better for younger people wishing to prevent aging.
When I wake up and feel tired, look tired...if I have a little redness under my eyes from a late night or an early morning, 9/10 times this product revives my eyes and makes me look and feel more awake. Highly recommended!!!
