Product Transparency - Is Discontinued Status SoonKiels Team,
This is a remarkable skin product and wish you would be open and transparent with your loyal customer base and tell the real reason it is out of stock. It also appears that it has disappeared from shelves as well. I hate to see this take the route of your face cleaner product that faced the same fate of being pulled from shelves, then “out of stock” to a complete discontinue of a product that has helped so many. Is this a legal issue with the contents are you seriously out of the product. The trend lends to a discontinue of the product. Please update us if the true future of the product vs out of stock. Thanks.

Working Wonders for my skinLet me say that I DO NOT EVER LEAVE REVIEWS but OMG! I have purchased this oil three times. Although for me, it took me awhile to see my desired results like I do now, but this product is SO WORTH IT. I have acne prone skin and I use directly after my cleanser right before my moisturizer and facial spray. TODAY, my skin is CLEAR! I mean not a single bump AND its brighter and VERY MOISTURIZED! I traveled to Ukraine for a month and do to the packaging, I left this product at home so I went a month without it. I wish they would create a soft, plastic package for the oil that's safe for traveling. Other than that, NO COMPLAINT HERE! I love this oil.

Great product but who designed this packaging?This oil is amazing. I’ve got oily and acne-prone skin and have always been skeptical of putting more oil on top of it. But I really do think it works in calming my skin down and chasing away potential blemishes. I’m so pleasantly surprised!
The only problem... I had this bottle sitting in a toiletry bag where it was not jostled or even moved around all that much. But when I went to use some product this morning, the bottle was covered in the oil, which had leaked out. Apparently, the top of the bottle does not close properly. Really disappointing... I love the oil and am sad that poor packaging has caused me to lose so much of it.

MUST HAVE HOLY GRAIL![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this over a month ago after waiting for this product to launch in the UK and was instantly so so excited to try it out. On my first application, the formula absorbed into my skin super quickly and felt hydrated and nourished upon first use and the smell is absolutely DIVINE. After a few hours, my skin looked brighter and my discolouration had definitely diminished. This product over constant use has performed miracles on my acne prone skin, it's reduced my amount of breakouts and my skin has never looked clearer. Thank you Kiehls for this godsend of a product!

My reactive skin says THANK YOU!!!I have extremely reactive sensitive dry skin. I'm talking about just a dot of a product can make my face flare and break out in a rash in seconds. When I started this product my face was recovering from a really bad flare up. My skin was extremely dry, flakey, irritated, and red nothing I tried soothed my skin until I tried this product. After 2 days I noticed the redness was going away and about 3 weeks later my face has never felt so great. I hardly have dryness or flakey skin and my face feels so smooth. I am so glad I found a product that was able to tame my sensitive face!

Product is fine, but packaging is terribleI ordered a bottle of this product a little over 3 weeks ago. The effects of the product are pretty good, not amazing but certainly not terrible. However, the packaging for this product is the worst. You simply cannot travel with this product. I lost over 1/2 of my new bottle because the cap does not screw on tightly and I ended up with this oil all over my toiletry bag. Luckily my toiletry bag is waterproof, otherwise my clothing would have been soaked as well. They really need to improve the packaging... at this price, no customer should be out 1/2 their investment because the packaging of the product is so bad.

Skin has never been so clear![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to my skin type I find it really difficult to find products that my skin doesn't react and flare up to. I have been using this new oil for 2 weeks and can already see a difference in my skin. My main concern areas are my T-Zone, as I'm prone to psoriasis and breakouts. Two skin types on the opposite end of the spectrum, great! However I've found with using this oil my skin has calmed down and isn't as aggravated. Its hydrated but not clogged, and feels better than it has in years! Really loving this product and hope the clear skin continues, as I feel so much more confident! The smell is amazing too, super herbaceous and fresh!

Perfect for those with oily skin![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially received a sample to try, and even after the first week, I loved it so much I bought the full-size version!! I have quite oily skin, and the thought of applying oil to it seemed so counterintuitive, but with this oil (and the Midnight Recovery/Daily Reviving Concentrates), my skin actually produces LESS oil, and is clearing up wonderfully. I first use the microdermabrasion face scrub or the oil-free face scrub, then apply the oil-free toner, THEN the Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil and morning/evening oil, and finally the oil-free moisturizer to seal it all in. I love it, despite the price!
