Super emollient moisturizer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kiehl's midnight recovery omega rich cloud cream.
When I saw the word cloud, my mind immediately went to a watery, gel textured moisturizer. But I was surprised to see a thick cream and I really like this moisturizer. I have used it for close to a month now. Despite being thick, it is easy to spread. And a little goes a long way. It has a pleasant smell, nothing too strong. It almost acts like a sealant for my other skincare products and locks the moisture in. It works well right now, but I am looking forward to using it during colder months. I really like this moisturizer. This one is a win for me!

No silicones yeah!This is the only face cream that is not loaded with silicones/dimethicone that just saps the natural oils from my middle aged face. It is really awful how so many companies have replaced glycerine and petrolatum with silicones that just suffocate and dehydrate your face. I recently tried the midnight recovery concentrate and absolutely love it. This night cream is just as good! Very moisturizing and hydrating and it really seem to address my fine lines. I love the seasonal deals and will look for more Kiehls products. Like maybe add a nice toner with the Midnight recovery line? Hint. I do hope that l'oreal does not change the ingredients from this line!!

Beauty sleeping on a cloud![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this, after seeing the ads. Kiel's is a reliably high quality company with products that really work, and this was no exception! The texture is just as the name implies, like a super silky lavender cloud. I noticed that I woke up with an extra glow and smooth skin after only one night. A little of this goes a long way, but it's still super lightweight, with a dry finish so it doesn't transfer onto pillows or blankets. The lavender scent sent me into total relaxation mode, and I felt like my skin was being restored a bit more each night. Highly recommend!

Excellent results by the second week of useI normally am disappointed in moisturizers. I tried the yellow cube from another brand for a while that was supposed to be dramatic and different; no improvement to my skin. I’ve tried the most expensive all the way over to drugstore brands. I’ve found a winner in the Midnight Recovery Cream. I use it every night. By the second week, I noticed how smooth, bright, and youthful my face looked. I love how there are mostly natural ingredients and how good they make my skin look. I’m a 49 year-old woman of SE Asian descent. I’m also a beauty and skin care enthusiast who has tried many products. I highly recommend this cream. It will improve your skin. It just takes a couple of weeks to see the difference. I will definitely purchase again.

0/10 :(First off I am a til death fan of the avocado eye cream, ultra facial cream and micro-dose retinol so this is sheer honesty… I really wanted to love it! I expected to wake up with plump & glowy skin but from my experience this product is just terrible. I tried to love it so much that I kept using it (full disclosure couldn’t return it as I purchased it before traveling out of the country or I would have immediately switched it out for one of my usual kiehls products lol) The texture is just horrible. Its chalky and pastey even when I tired warming it up on my fingers before applying - it just does not sit well or go on smoothly. It leaves a cast, and feels like a thick layer of paste is on my skin overnight. (Even using smaller amounts) It doesn’t do the job… trust me!!

- Has velvety and soft cream texture and its consistency seemed thick
- But does not feel heavy or greasy when applied onto skin and melts into skin in just a few seconds.
- It has somewhat strong lavender fragrance, but it was not problem for me
- I have combination skin, and this cream was perfect for me, but I think those with dry skin would also benefit from it.
- My skin felt more plumed, nourished and smooth in the morning
- Did not clog my skin or caused pimples or break outs

Worst substitute for the discontinued productsPure rubbish. Not even as close to as good as the moisturizers Kiehl's in reportedly discontinuing. No noticeable 'repair' or 'bounce' or clarity or tightened pores or, well, anything. Weird texture. The "whipped" element seems cheap. (Like whipped "dairy product" that is filled with so much air, companies can't officially call it ice cream). I bet you are getting about 1/2 the amount of the product relative to the jar size. So disappointing. PLEASE RESTOCK THE TRIED-AND-TRUE KIEHLS PRODUCTS.

Amazing hydration[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft and hydrated my skin feels every time I use this. My skin is instantly hydrated. The hydration lasts through the night and into the morning giving me firm, plump skin. It literally locks in moisture. The formula is lightweight and feels so good on my face. The texture is rich, smooth and absorbs quickly.
It leaves my skin matte which is really nice because it does not feel oily or greasy at all. My face looks refined and radiant in the morning. The scent is light and pleasant and dissipates quickly. I also love that the formula is environmentally friendly and the packaging is made from post-consumer materials using renewable energy sources. I am very picky when it comes to moisturizers and this is now my favorite nighttime hydrator.
