The best cleanser I've used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a makeup/skin care junkie and I've tried many products both expensive lines and cheap stuff. This is by far, the best cleanser I've ever used! It's not a thick cleanser that's hard to rinse off and leaves your skin dry and tight - its much thinner and foams nicely and rinses off easily. My skin feels so clean and my pores look so much better (something I just wasn't expecting). Because its thinner, I found that a little goes a long way. I follow this up with the midnight recovery serum and moisturizer and my skin has never felt or looked better (I'm 52). Kiehls is now my go to brand!

My Holy Grail Cleanser
I hardly write reviews, nor do I remember ever writing one. I've been a Kiehls customer for years. This Cucumber Herbal Conditioning Cleanser is underrated. It's the BEST cleanser that never leaves your skin feeling dry, great for every day use, and it removes makeup effortlessly. I like to use this twice (as a double cleansing method) when wearing a full face of makeup and it leaves my face feeling clean without a drying sensation. Like many other reviewers have said, please DO NOT DISCONTINUE this product. This is my holy grail product that I cannot live without and no other cleanser can compare. I hope this products continues to be on sale so that others can experience how wonderful this cleanser is.

Love this cleanser!
This cleanser is the best one I've used. I previously used Kiehl's 'Ultra Facial Cleanser' and it was too drying for my skin. This cleanser is hydrating and leaves skin feeling super clean. It smells great, too! I've been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and so far my skin has been blemish free. Definitely recommend.

Holy Grail Cleanser
I recently moved to Colorado about four months ago and my skin has been increasingly dry. I really trust all of Kiel’s products and when I saw this …. I knew I needed to try it out.
My skin can be pretty sensitive especially when it comes to inflammation and breakouts.
I was super impressed with my first try of this product. It has the consistency of a gel but foams up a little when you add water.
My skin instantly loved it and your skin feels clean but not dehydrated after using.
I will definitely keep this product in my skin care regimen from now on.

Amazing cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleanser, I gave it a try after my ultra facial cleanser ran out. It’s so smooth and really helps clean my face.
The only negative is the cap, I don’t like how wide the opening is and feel like I’m wasting product as it runs out as soon as opened. I much preferred the cap that comes with the ultra facial cleanser or even the rare earth cleanser.
Not sure whether I love this or the ultra cleaner more so I might be switching between the two from now on!

The BEST EVER Cleanser ❤️❤️❤️
This Cleanser is the BOMB, I was pretty upset that I couldn’t get the cannabis herbal cleanser anymore because of it being discontinued and I was online looking reviews up and this got amazing reviews so I tried it and guess what my skin loves it and so do I. thank you Kiehl’s for making such amazing products ❤️❤️❤️I’m a lifer now please DO NOT DISCONTINUE this or the toner to go with this, Both the cleanser and the toner make me love my morning and nighttime routine of washing my face I absolutely love so thank you and my skin thanks you also ❤️

Perfect for dry acne- prone skin
I struggle with dry, but acne- prone skin. I could never find anything that worked for me. Most cleansers meant for acne would strip my skin completely and make things worse. This is the first face wash that I am truly happy with. I looooove the smell and how gentle it is. I highly recommend this if you're looking for something that will deep clean your skin without drying it out completely.

Extreme Reaction
I first purchased the Rare Earth cleanser and started to get dry under eyes and eyelids so I changed to this cleanser. I've been using it for 3 months but my eyes were getting worse, really red, sore and flaky skin. I never thought it could be the cleanser causing this so continued to use it. I've been to a dermatologist and my doctor who have both had to give me steroid cream to clear this up. I have stopped using the cleanser and me eyes are getting back to normal. It's really disappointing as I loved the cleanser elsewhere on my face was fine, I am obviously allergic to something used in the products so now wary of purchasing anything else from Kiehl's.
