Brilliant go to has changed
Look I loooove the original musk shower cleanser and lotion. It was my go to. Have a bad day? Shower and feel brilliant with my original musk Keihls. Oooh I need to up my game.
Original Kiehl's my answer. Went well with everything. Great with my natural self too.
Loved ones adored it.
This last bottle though...Nope. Not. The. Same. 'Original Kiehl's'
You changed the scent.
Smells like flower detergent.
Garage sale candles.
Maybe you've deluted some Old Spice or something. It's not just me. Ive asked around. It's you all. Notice all the reviews are over 5 years ago.

Fragrance Has Changed
I've been using this product for over 10 years, and it's always been my favorite. I finally got to the bottom of my inventory and ordered a couple bottles to stock up. After opening a bottle this week I was instantly disappointed to notice not only has the scent changed, but it's an off-putting smell, like chemicals/petroleum. I still had a little residual of the "Original" unchanged shower gel to compare it to as far as scent and also ingredients. It's sad that companies are cutting corners and changing what was once a good thing. It's not a cheap shower gel, but they've found a way to make it more cheaply made, hence a cheaply made scent. Shame.

When can I start buying this in bigger bottles?
This is by far the best smelling, most luxurious feeling body wash I have ever used! My husband and I both love the way it leaves a light but distinct scent on our skin. Not too girly, not too manly, just right! I am a nurse, and am very sensitive to the fact that scents can bother patients, but I have never had a patient complain, in fact most of the time if they notice it they will grab my arm and bury their noses in! Now if you would just put it out in a bigger bottle...

Another Big Business grab
All of the Kiel’s musk oil products have been out of stock for months. This is the path to these products being discontinued. Whenever L’Oreal acquires a company they run it into the ground: kiels, the Body shop, Carols daughter. Change the formulations, use cheaper ingredients. Stop producing the most popular products. I’m just about done with Loreal

My Favorite Body Wash
I'm not sure why people say this smells like bug spray? This smells nothing like that and in fact smells wonderful!
I wish the staying power was there, but after you wash this on your body it wont last very long. Still love this scent though and I'll continue purchasing it when I'm out. My only request is to have a larger size and a travel size.

Finally, one shower gel for family of rugged individualists
I am a simple woman. I want a gentle soap with a luxurious lather that smells great in a way that does not bother my co-workers who are allergic to perfumes. But I share my shower with the rest of my family. Oldest son wants to impress his girlfriend with his sensuality, yet be thoroughly clean after an all-night gaming session with his fellow nerds. Youngest son wants a gentle soap that does not trigger skin allergies, but can be used often to clean off chlorine from swimming and sweat from exercising, yet leaves him smelling good...not like Axe. My puppy really doesn't care, but I want to use something gentle that doesn't leave her skin dry or smelling artificial or too doggy. Finally, we have met all the family requirements with a single bottle of Kiehl's Musk Shower Gel. And best of all, I can use it for a bubble bath and soak away a stressful day. And even better than best, when someone gets close enough to notice that wonderful scent emanating mysteriously from my soft skin, I can smile and say "That's just me and a little soap and water."

Where’s the Scent?
I have religiously used the complete Musk collection for years. It was my go to gift purchase for just about everyone I gifted on various occasions. But now, where is the scent? I relished in the daily compliments from friends and strangers alike. But now, again, where is the scent? This product and all of the Musk Collection when layered offers very little in scent or longevity of scent. I have and use them all in combination. Please revisit the elements of the original formula. Better sudsing would be a plus also.

Great smelling shower gel
This gel smells great and a little goes a long way. Even so, a bigger bottle would be a great addition to the range. My last order came in a cheaper looking plastic bottle. Preferred the shiny plastic bottle bought in store. Looks better on the bathroom shelf
