Avoid…. The Ultra Facial Cream REFILL POUCH
I’ve used the 50ml tub of Ultra Facial cream for years and decided to try out the refill pouch. The original tub is a velvet, thick, creamy consistency, however the refil consistency is just AWFUL!!!!!!! It’s all lumpy and feels horrible. How can this even be the same product?! The refill isn’t cheap and I hate everything about it.
Kiehls can you explain why the texture is so different? I sadly won’t purchase again. Gutted!!

Beware Changed formula!
Been happily using ultra facial cream for years but sadly, it seems Kheils has altered the formula. Now, the cream irritates my sensitive skin. Tossed the entire container out.
