I have found the BEST
I am 68 years old and my face is not showing my age as much as my hands. I thought I had tried everything. I was finding that I was looking for ways to hide my hands.
I tried the Purifying Hand Treatment on a whim and just used it. My hands look 10 years younger upon first use. I don't know if the effect is cumulative with continued use but I am about to find out, as I am back for several more tubes so I will have this available in my purse, in my family room, at my desk and so on.
The old crepe-like texture of the skin on my hands improved in an instant. WOW, this is a sleeper product. It is amazing.

Luxury Purell
I had gone through a tube of the "Ultimate Strength Hand Salve" and felt it was slightly above average, but wanted to try something new.
I have very dry hands and hard cuticles that crack and bleed when not treated.
Since this was called "Hand Treatment", I assumed it was something special. It is just a very high-end hand sanitizer with some natural oils. It left my hands feeling so dry and uncomfortable, that I had to dip into my $50 jar of Creme d'Elegance (which I must say is the best moisturizer on the planet).
I rated it average for a hand sanitizer. It will be good to keep on my desk at work. I suppose if you're a germ-o-phobe and you have to travel a lot for work, you could bust this out before indulging on Diet Coke and Pretzels mid-flight.
Jokes aside, I suppose the search continues for the ultimate hand cream.

Soft and Clean Hands
It's like hand sanitizer and Lotion put together. Say good-bye to the days where your hands are left feeling like a dry desert after sanitizing your hands! Perfect for flights were you just aren't sure how clean your seat is after the last person left it - Ha!

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm scent sensitive as well as have sensitive skin that doesn't like most of the hand sanitizers on the market. I'm so glad that a friend turned me on to First Class Purifying Treatment. My only wish is that Kiehl would also sell a smaller tube that doesn't take up a lot of room in my purse or is easier to take on trips. Otherwise I'm very happy with the scent, texture, and the sanitizer that works.

Perfect fo this time
My hands get really dry, especially with constant washing, and this actually helps. It's thick but not greasy, and once it sinks in, my hands feel soft and protected.
You don't need much, and it lasts a long time. It doesn't have a strong scent, which I like.

Self care
At least twice a month I am sure to pamper my hands. I tend to wash them so much especially even more during COVID working in the heath field. This treatment kept my hands so smooth and soft

Super moisturizing
So I started using this after lockdown was lifted and the hand sanitizer was wreaking havoc on my hands. I have never gone back. The smell is subtle but nice and my hands were so healthy.
