Favorite Product YetI'm a male and this is by far my favorite Kiehl's product that I've discovered as of late. I like earthy, clay masques and this was just that. Application was really easy and its best to dab it on with your finger and if you think you need more to fill in the gaps after you're done rubbing in what you originally dabbed. It felt really natural and almost immediately I felt a cooling sensation on my skin (similar to that of the facial fuel). After approximately 10 minutes (a little bit before for me because I don't really lather it on as thick as some people), it came off easy with a wet hand towel and I could immediately see an improvement in the quality of my skin.

Does a great job reducing pore size![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a long time user if CeraVe and Cetaphil. Recently I tried the Ultra Facial Cream since it contained squalene, which I love. Let me tell you, I was shocked at how well it moisturized my face without leaving it greasy. I then tried a sample of the ultra repair cleanser, LOVED IT, and the Clay mask...LOVED IT TOO! The mask removed 50%of blackheads on the side of my nostrils and the pores on my cheeks are less visible. I'm hooked on Kiehl's. I have since ordered 3 products. These are prefect for people like me who have very sensitive skin and cannot use fragrance filled products.

Great for irritated, oily skinI use this mask about once a week or so (really whenever I remember), and I'm always glad once I do. I have fairly oily skin, and clay masks are a really good treatment for it.
I'll use a fairly thick layer of the mask after I shower, and then leave it on while I go about my day. After about 20 minutes or so, I use a damp washcloth to wipe it off. Afterwards, my skin looks noticeably calmer, even a bit radiant. For this reason, I like to use it in the middle of the day on a weekend if I'm getting ready to go somewhere that night.
The pot also lasts forever! I've had my mask for months and months, and am not in need of replenishing it yet.

New faceA little drying. I recommend following it up with the ultra moisturizer afterwards; however though this mask is good for giving you a new face and what I mean by new face is that it's a great toxin and oil buildup remover for your pores. I would definitely say it's one of their greatest products for aiding in dead skin removal and really cleaning out and refining your pores. This product is a a great go to for use once or twice a week if you want to keep a good consistent fresh looking face and keep any kind of facial pores under control. Recommend for any type of skin but absolutely remember to make sure to follow up with good moisturizer.

Cool & Tingling, Clears BlemishesI love this stuff. I've used masks for years but not of this caliber. This is a higher quality mud that is cooling and leaves a tingling sensation. It's very smooth and creamy, glides on when you spread it on your face, I usually lightly wet my face before I put it on.
Once on, it tingles and almost burns a little but in a good way, like you can feel it working. It clears up blemishes and dries out acne spots, it detoxifies the skin and tightens pores.
I use this product about once a week and a little bit goes a long way. After I wash off with warm water, I cleanse, tone and follow my normal serum and moisturizer routine.

Beyond Amazing! Perfect for sensitive skin!I. AM. IN. LOVE.
This mask is life changing. I purchased this over a month ago and have used it mainly once a week (sometimes twice) and I have seen a MAJOR change in my skin. My pores are smaller (and the effect of the mask lasts for days after). My skin has become smoother, it's also helped remove some of the red/pink tones on my face. I have SUPER sensitive skin and a lot of masks leave my face red or dried out. I am really, really beyond impressed with this mask (and the price point is so affordable for a high end mask). I seriously couldn't recommend this mask any more if I tried! So thrilled!

Amazing Masque!I've tried many, many mud masks over the years but this is, by far, the best. I used the sample one night and became hooked. Because of accumulated fatigue and seasonal weather changes, my face was looking blotchy and exhausted. After using the mask, my skin found its color (actually, it looked brighter than it normally does). It felt like blood had started circulating around my face again, giving it a glow. I use it about 2 times a week and notice how soft my skin feels and at the same time, it FEELS clean. In my previous experiences, mud masks can be somewhat coarse in texture but this mask is super smooth and applies easily. Definitely won't be trying out any more new masks as I've found The One!

Best. Mask. Ever. …especially for combination skinBeen using this Kiehl’s mask for years, in many climates, and it leaves my combination skin just as clear and bright as Day One. I use it less frequently now than when I was younger, and my current jar has lasted more than two years! If it dries up a bit, just add a tiny bit of water to your hands and it’ll work back into its original state. I’ve tried myriad products over the years, and this is the only mask that gets my skin feeling & looking this fresh and clean…at any age.
Pro tip: Put on this mask before getting in the shower. After 10~15 mins, use a soft, wet washcloth and scrub in a circular motion to reap the full benefits of exfoliation, before rinsing off.
