    Rated 5 de 5 por de Must have!! I found the holy grail!! My forehead skin was really dry, itchy, flaky and sensitive, nothing helped to resolve! I was shopping for hair products at a store and just walked straight into the display for this barrier repair cream- I had given up trying anything, as I had tried so many without improvement. I read the label and thought, wow, this sounds like what I need! I immediately applied some from the test tube and felt instant relief!!! Instant relief!! My forehead skin now feels smooth, is not itchy, dry and flaky!!! The difference!! and I don't even want to say that how recent this purchase is for fear you won't believe me!! Must try for yourself! Love it!!

    Rated 5 de 5 por de The right stuff for dehydrated skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't really sure how I would use this barrier cream as I had always assumed that it was for super dry, flakey, irritated skin. I hadn't experienced anything like this but when I read that it would be good for dry or dehydrated skin and I was hopeful. My skin has been feeling more on the parched side this winter and my regular moisturizers were no longer cutting it. I dabbed some Kieh's Ultra Facial Advanced Barrier Cream on target spots of dehydration. This has been working wonders! It doesn't feel heavy or greasy going on my skin. A little dab will do ya just fine.

    Rated 3 de 5 por de Not enough hydration/moisture for dry skin I have sensitive, eczema-prone dry skin and since it has NEA seal of acceptance, I gave it a try. This did not irritate and surely was gentle on the skin, but that's about it. The hydration doesn't last and my skin always felt dry and thirsty for moisture half way through the day. It has an interesting texture: it is a thick balm, but as you work it in, it becomes gel-like and it doesn't feel greasy at all. I prefer something that spreads more easily as all the rubbing and friction are not great for sensitive skin. It might work for those who has acne-prone sensitive skin, but it was too drying for my dry skin, especially in winter months in the Northeast.

    Rated 1 de 5 por de Major Irritation I regularly use Kiehls ultras facial cream, which I think is great. I bought this product for additional moisturizer during cold days. Unfortunately, it significantly irritated my skin. I applied it on my face and within a few hours my face was extremely red and hot and my whole face was very irritated. My face stayed red for over a day and my skin felt like leather. I tried the product again a few weeks later, but it had the same effect. I don't believe I am allergic to any of the ingredients, but my face felt like it had been chemically burned.

Background: I've been struggling with really serious breakouts, and because of this I tried various products to figure out what was causing it. Everytime I thought that my acne was clearing up, it'd come back full force. Because i tried so many products to fix the sudden acne outbreak i basically DESTROYED my natural skin barrier. I got this cream as a sample with my purchase of the kiehls gel moisturizer, and within 3 days my face is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. My skins is moisturized, the redness and scaring are *durastically* down and there is barely any trace of the outbreak. This seems insane, I know, but trust me. If you are struggling, give this magic cream a chance.

That is until I tried the ultra facial advanced repair. This product really works for me! I am so happy to have tried it. Said dry patch is most likely due to sun damage over the years. Nevertheless, the redness is fading and the constant flaking skin has nearly stopped. I apply it twice a day to my exposed scalp. I saw immediate results in a few days, and now after a couple months I feel confident when I am out in public. No more embarrass red, flaking skin on the top of my head. Love this product and will continue to use it. 😀😎👍❤️

Since it was in tube form, I thought this cream would be super rich and apply ULTRA protection as it name implies. Cream was thick. Scentless. Cream did soak into my skin immediately. However, I have had dry facial skin this cold winter season and I still see periodic flaking on face. I would like to see this cream be much more richer and hydrating. It absorbs into my skin quickly with no greasy feeling afterwards, only supple skin, but I would like the hydration to be much more intense and longer lasting.

    Rated 5 de 5 por de Dry skin- you need this!!! I struggle with chronic dry skin from being on a high dose of antihistamines daily due to an autoimmune condition. No matter how much I would moisturize my skin would feel dry again in an hour. I tried a sample of this cream and will never use anything else again. I’ve been using it daily for about a month and I love it. The moisture lasts all day and I can see it actively calming redness and healing my skin. I only wish it came in a bigger tube. 💗
