Nuestra crema cica para pieles sensibles protege y repara la piel. Formulada con D-Pantenol y Madecassoside de origen sostenible, esta crema hidratante facial hipoalergénica protege la barrera de la piel a la vez que ayuda a restaurar su aspecto saludable. Con una hidratación de 48 horas, esta crema de barrera de la piel también ayuda a reparar la barrera de humedad de la piel comprometida. Not as good as the original- please bring it back.
I get eczema on my face which flares up during the winter, and the only thing which would calm it was the original Centella Skin Salve. I wouldn't say the new product is bad, it feels nice enough on the skin. However it doesn't compare at all to the old formula. The hydration doesn't last, and it did nothing to calm my skin. I've now had to move from Kielhs to find an alternative which is a shame because the old version was so so good! As it is thicker and doesn't hydrate as much, I also felt like I got through the tube much quicker, which isn't good when its an expensive product.

Not as good as previous version
The original version of this was excellent. Why the change.? This new version is much thicker, more like a paste and feels uncomfortable. Bring back the previous product,please.

Saved my skin after acid peel
I have struggled with very bad acne in the past and break out very very easily and after my acid peel my skin had become scaly and lizard like and nothing I used had worked on soothing it in the three months it had troubled me- was recommended this product by an in store assisstant and I can honetsly say it saved my skin completely. Smells divine, really easy to apply, non-greasy and doesn't make me break out! Absolute perfect product for damaged skin and acne prone skin types.

Life saver!
I’ve had eczema my entire life, I’ve had plenty of steroid/pharmacy product which only ever worked for a short space of time, I’ve been using this cream for nearly 2 years and haven’t had a breakout on my face once! Highly recommended to anyone suffering with eczema on their face!

Soothing for sensitive skin
I am so happy with this cream, I have extremely reactive sensitive skin and struggle to find a moisturiser, but this balm is great. I warm a small amount by rubbing my fingers together and then press it on to the skin using my fingers, it absorbs well and is instantly soothing. I think some of the bad reviews are people not understanding that the balm needs to be melted before applying to the skin and then just patted on. Overall excellent.

Best I have ever Used
I Love This Cream! I have dry skin that is also acne prone (a complete nightmare to honest) I have tried all sorts and if it solved one problem another Flared up. This cream has sorted my dry skin, it’s not greasy in any way, I have no spots or blackheads and my make up applies well on top. You do not need much so the tube will last for a long time. I highly recommend this.

Not as good as it used to be.
I started using this following removal of a carcinoma on my face. The old formulation was softer and much easier to apply. Since the change in formulation it is now a very stiff consistency and is harder to apply evenly. It is a brilliant cream and has been great, I just find the new formulation not so good. Why was it necessary to change it?

What are you doing Kiehls???
I have been a customer for around 4 years and over that time you have completely ran out of 3 products that I have used over that time. This cream is the latest one, for over two months now. What are you doing? This is how you lose customers for sure!
