Finally! A Cleanser for Dry Sensitive Skin!
I have been using this for about a month now, and I am loving it! I have dry sensitive skin, and most of the time, even the mildest cleansers leave my skin dry and feeling tight (looking at you, Cucumber Herbal cleanser!). This cleanser leaves my face feeling dewy and hydrated. This is probably the feeling other reviewers are referring to when they say they aren't sure if this is actually cleaning their face or not. Full disclosure: I don't wear makeup. So that could very well be an issue for people who are relying on a cleanser to clean off makeup. But if you need a gentle cleanser that won't dry you out, try this - I promise you won't be disappointed!

OBSESSED! Effective moisturizing cleanser!
I've been using this product for just over a year exclusively. I am in love. My combination skin can be dry and/or oily and this product provides the perfect balance for my face. With hardly any trouble, make up melts off and my face feels dewy and glows. What I love is that you technically dont need to use water to rise it off, it's so gentle on your skin and the texture of the formula is so enriching that it can just stay on your skin all day or night to lock in moisture.
Honestly im obsessed and almost cried at the store yesterday when I was told this product will be discontinued....

Life saver!
I love this cleanser and I have tried sooo many over the years! Everything from high end to pharmaceutical. I have a combination of severely dry and oily skin. My skin clogs easily. I was on accutane and now my skin is super sensitive and has started reacting to all the skincare I normally use becoming red, itchy and hot. I spent an hour looking at cleansers at Blue Mercury and chose this one because it had minimal Ingredients. This cleanser removes makeup and cleanses without over
drying. It did not irritate my skin and since it did not make it feel dry, I don’t have to layer on more and more products trying to rebalance. Please continue making this and please don’t change the formula!! Thanks Kiehis!

I am trying to find a prefect cleanser for my face for many years now. I am near 30 with roseca and super sensitive skin. I have tried balms with oils to clean my face with and those seemed the most effective - however it left my skin heavily oily- until I tried this cleanser!
At first, I was sceptic about this cica cleanser and expected that it will leave my skin not too clean since it is a gentle cleaner, but I was very positively disappointed! My skin feels perfectly clean, it removed oil perfectly, while calming my skin and causes 0 irritation! I am super happy.
Please never discontinue this product!

The best for my dry, super sensitive skin!
I am obsessed with this facial cleanser! It is the absolute best cleanser I have ever used. It leaves my skin silky soft and does not dry it out at all! An associate told me she thought they may discontinue this cleanser so I bought 4! I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT KIEHLS! Please don’t take it away!

My skin has never looked so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product along side Kiehl’s micellar water and I have seen fantastic results. My skin is very sensitive and I am prone to breakouts around the chin area and this product has not upset it at all in fact my skin is the clearest it has been for years. It is so quick and easy to use and as with all Kiehls products a little really does go along way. Just squeeze a couple of drops on my fingers and rub over my face then a quick rinse off and my skin is left feeling soft, supple and hydrated. So glad I found this product and it sits well along the other Kiehls products I use especially at night when I cleanse my face before sleep and then use apply some midnight recovery oil which leaves my skin feeling human again.

Please Bring It Back!!
I'm beyond disappointed this is discontinued. It's the only face wash I've ever used that actually works and is great for my skin. I'm genuinely upset it's been discontinued, please bring it back!
