Not great, but not terrible either
I was hoping that this one is not petroleum based. It is. Since Kiehls does not disclose fully its products' content online, I could not have known it by looking at its website.
I am allergic to beeswax and do not like petroleum based lip balm, which tends to make my lips peel. I have been looking for lip balm without beeswax or petroleum in a convenient stick form. I have been using 100% shea butter (I bought for body) for my lips and I thought this lip balm with shea butter would be convenient to carry in my purse. Texture is nice, not too greasy or waxy. But it tends to dry out quite fast. It is not terrible, but for $9 I expected something better.

BRING BACK!!! WHY IS IT DISCONTINUED?????!!!!
THOROUGHLY UPSET to find out this has been discontinued. WHY???? It’s clearly a fan favorite and IT IS THE ONLY LIP BALM THAT ACTUALLY WORKS FOR ME!!!! I had bought a couple the last time I was in the store and I would’ve bought a couple more if I had known it would be my last. I have been trying everything else. MY LIPS ARE SO CHAPPED AND SO DRY AND I HATE THIS! :(

I cannot believe it’s discontinued PLEASE
Please bring back…this is the ONLT chapstick for the last 10 years that has helped my lips and I have crazy eczema and other skin conditions..
I have tried all your other lip treatments and they are horrible. So I’m not interested in a replacement suggestion.

Please Bring It Back!!!!!!!
I echo past reviews begging for this product to be reintroduced to your line. I have tried everything from all natural to old school and my lips react to every product except for this one! They feel grainy and shriveled such that I need to apply something. Kiehls baby lip balm never had this effect. I could apply once and it would do the trick. I could apply multiple times and still moisturized, never making my lips grainy such that I needed to reapply. Please! Bring this back! And if for marketing reasons, you are compelled to “improve“ it, please still offer the original. I don’t want plumping. I don’t want fullness. I just want a simple and effective moisture.

Only lip balm I could wear
When I found this baby lip balm a few years back, I was so excited, as I couldn't use any other products. This was the only lip balm I coud use!! Bring it back!!
