GAME CHANGER. Nothing else compares!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a deluxe sample of this stuff and have been using it for several weeks now, and seriously, I don't know how I've managed without this concentrate in my life until now! The tone of my skin has definitely improved. It feels more uplifted without feeling tight, and my pores have visibly shrunken. The texture is great and applies so smoothly underneath moisturizers and makeup. And the scent is GORGEOUS. I love that it's not very greasy feeling since I tend to have oily skin. If you have dry skin, you'll definitely need a moisturizer over this, but I love it by itself!

The name should be re-assessed
This is certainly a mixed review, for me. The Precision Lifting and Pore-Tightening Concentrate is an interesting serum; I noticed one of the two titular effects that I was expecting. I found the product to be effective at tightening and lifting my skin, which is nice, but I am only 25 and don't find much need for tightening my skin. The reason that I purchased this product was to take advantage of the pore tightening and reducing effects. I did not ever really experience this effect, sadly. So while I would recommend this product to someone hoping to lift and tighten their skin, I would not steer them here if they were looking for a serum to reduce their pores.

Good serum, just not for pore tightening
Purchased in January, and applied am & pm daily since (4 months now) nearly finished w/ my bottle and have yet to see any improvement in pore size. I do exfoliate regularly and for the last 8 weeks haven't even worn makeup due to working from home.
I like the gel format and scent, it absorbs quickly and is not oily. However the pump is poor quality resulting in a bit of the serum drying in the pump and creates a small clog. It gets expunged the next day in the form of a small hard dry lump. Given the pricing, it seems wasteful to loose that dry bit of serum every day when there are plenty of other pumps on the market that do not do that.

Think Soft Focus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a month using sample packets and the purchased product, I truthfully cannot attest to the serum's ability to reduce my pore size. However, I can say that my skin looks much better. My skin looks hydrated and healthy. I think my pores are the same size as before. I just don't notice them as much since I am busy admiring my softly glowing skin.
I would recommend this product as a part of a general skin care routine but not necessarily for pore-tightening.

Love this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a sample of this (thank you Kiehl's)...love it. Have been using it for about 6 weeks ... someone at work complimented me on my makeup, the makeup has not changed. I do feel like my skin looks better. I use it in conjunction with my regular Kiehl's moisturizer and under the Midnight oil at night. Some may think this is expensive but it is not you don't need that much each application. My generous sample is still pumping after all this time. !!

A must have!
I'm 50 years old with large pores being one of my biggest issues, and am floored at the number of comments I've received since starting to use this product about a month ago about how 'young' I look! The appearance of my skin has improved dramatically -- and I've only been using it ONCE a day (instead of twice, as directed). Worth every penny!
This will definitely be a permanent part of my daily regimen.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love this product. I have had large pores, oily skin my whole life. At 53 my skin has never looked better. I have been using this product since it was released. Not only is my skin firm and radiant, it has kept the deep wrinkles at my eyebrows from progressing; I actually feel strongly they have minimized. I deeply hope Kiehls makes this forever.

Best product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample, and have used it for a month. Recently i have had several people comment on how beautiful my skin is!! Never had that happen before.My daughter says she noticed that my skin looks better than ever before--this was not solicited! Following the product with Midnight Recovery at night and my moisturizer in the morning has made my skin soft and not dry. I am 66, and I am making this part of my daily routine from now on. Thank you
