Nice product but terrible packaging
Have been a long time fan of this product but got do NOT get the jumbo size of it! Product arrived with no wrapping paper at all, were directly thrown in the box, since these big sized bottles came with pumps so there's no plastic seal, which caused a big mess with the spill in the box. Another thing is the the poor design of the pump, it's a very small and not extendable short pump for this 1-littler bottle, I would need to press at least 5-7 times to get the adequate amount out from the bottle, dont understand why this tiny pump has been used for the biggest size bottle.
I love this product but would never order this size again!

I have naturally wavy hair, and it’s a constant struggle to find the right conditioner. Conditioners for curly hair are designed for people with really curly hair and end up being too thick and heavy for me. Conditioners for straight hair leave my hair too greasy. This conditioner is a perfect balance… it’s amazing. It’s light and if I need a bit more conditioning I just leave some in (I love that it doubles as a leave in conditioner). It doesn't weigh down my hair or leave it greasy. My hair definitely has more shine and feels incredibly soft. I highly recommend!

Good, but could be better
I received a sample of this with another purchase and I was WOWed. So I bought it, and strangely, it wasn't the same as the sample. I went to look at the ingredients, and apparently they decided to add isopropyl alcohol as ingredient #5. I get adding some alcohols because they can be conditioning, but we all know how this alcohol is NOT conditioning. For the life of me I don't understand why they would do this. I kept my bottle because I was too lazy to return it, but I don't know if I would purchase again.

The best hair product I've ever tried!
Kiehl's Amino Acid Conditioner comes with mild and gentle ingredients that is suitable for everyday use. Personally, I am really pleased that there is no silicones, like dimethicone, in this product because it can cause a problem to my acne-prone skin. The conditioner itself makes my hair soft and smooth. I also love its mild and sweet scent of coconut. It has been a pleasure every time I use Kiehl's Amino Acid Conditioner.

perfect non silicone conditioner
I am allergic to 99% conditioner due to perfumes and silicones.
I have ZERO allergy with this product and it does work perfectly
Like the shampoo - this conditioner is a super product without silicone.
It does contain some scent but I do not react to it !!!
......................
So - the bottom line the combination of both shampoo and conditioner is for me the best products available on the market on the performance and allergic reactions.... it is very rare not to have itchy scalp or red forehead or burning red eyes but Kiehls has got the right formula for me

wonderful! and my color looks better!
i started to use this shampo and conditioner because i wanted my hair to grow and be healthier. not only has it done both but i dye my hair an auburn color on a regular basis and i have always had some trouble keeping the color looking vibrent, ever sense i started using this shampo and conditioner set my color has become more vivid and i havent had to redye the body of my hair in weeks!

I have found my LOVE!
I regularly highlight my hair so always struggle with finding the right conditioner. The ends need good moisture while the roots can get very oily. So most conditioners do not give me that balance (even though I only put it at the ends of my hair, some conditioners weigh my hair down and make it oily). This one is great! It makes my hair super soft , smooth and managable, yet not oily. It feels like my hair just sucks it up when I put it on. I only bought the 200ml but definitely going to go for the 1 liter pump next time.

Just right!
I use this with the amino acid shampoo & it really does a thorough job of nourishing my hair without weighing it down...a hard balance to strike, but this does the trick. I feel like my hair is stronger & shinier since I've been using this combo. Buy it...you won't be disappointed!
