MENTOL

Bring Back the 8 oz tubs/formulaI have been a customer for 20+ years but am seriously considering finding a new vendor. 1st you discontinue the Razor Bump Relief Lotion - now you discontinue the shave cream formula in the 8 oz tubs and replace it with a more watered down version in a tube that doesn't fit in a medicine chest. The only thing you haven't messed with [yet] is the 30SPF Moisturizer. I've read all your responses about "letting your team know" about people's frustration and "bringing us new and exciting products" but when they are clearly inferior to what the discontinued products were - maybe you need to reconsider.

Is the jar/tub coming back or not?I've been using Blue and White Eagle shaving cream for years in both the tube and the tub/jar. I love the Jar, hate the tube. With the jar I can control exactly how much product I want to use each time. Ever try getting the product back into the tube once it has been squeezed out? The jar is economical and ensures complete usage of the product. I notice that you have advised that the jar has been discontinued for the Blue Eagle product but as recently as February 2020 have said it was in stock for the White Eagle. Is it coming back in White Eagle or has it been permanently discontinued? I won't keep buying in tubes.

Closest shave possibleMy skin is mildly oily, and sensitive to too much abrasion. Therefore I use an electric shaver most days. But once a week or so, it's nice to give myself the clean close shave that is only possible with a blade. Kiehl's brushless cream is the best on planet earth, because it protects my skin from abrasion and allows a very close shave. It seems to prevent nicking.
To use, wash your face and don't dry it. Apply a small amount of shave cream, let it sit for a minute (no more) and go to work. You'll find that it sticks to the razor blade and can be hard to wash out, but use a strong stream of hot water. When done, rinse off the residue and you'll feel great. Even better, dry off and apply a small splash of calendula toner.

Good with the right razorI bought this product because I had heard so many great things about it. When I first used it I was using a Gilette 5 blade razor and this shaving cream was a mess with it. All it did clog my razor and made it really irritating for my skin. I was going to return it but then I did some research on shaving for sensitive skin and found out I should AVOID multiple blade razors like the plague. I switched to a double edge safety razor and now this cream works great. I guess this cream is mainly designed for that older school type of shaving. If you do that or want to star doing that, then this cream is good.

Highly recommended!This product is amazing. I used it for a couple of weeks, still wetting my face because I wasn't so sure about shaving without moisture. One day, I finally tried putting it on dry sky right out of the shower, and I was completely amazed at how great a shave I got! I didn't break out at all, even the next day. The shave is so smooth and perfect, I literally get complimented on it! The day I shave people say, "you have the most beautiful skin," rather than looking at me thinking, "that guy shaved today." I highly recommended the brushless shave cream! I will never use anything else.

Clean and Energized Feeling After the ShaveI personally prefer the blue eagle to the white eagle, but I feel both are sufficient. I like how this one (white eagle) has a nice cooling feeling after your shave - makes me feel energized and clean. I also love the size options available for this product. I wish the blue eagle had a travel size and a larger size tube.... Someday!
As it states, this is a brush less shaving CREAM, meaning you don't need a shaving brush (though proven to be beneficial to your skin and shaving experience) and is a creamy texture - so you only need a little bit or else your blade may get clogged.

Hands down best shaving cream EVERI have always struggled with my skin during shaving until now. I have tried so many different shaving creams and nothing comes close. My skin would always dry up and become irritated and would cause my neck and face to turn red. After the first use I not only got the cleanest shave but the smoothest and most comfortable shave I've ever had. I honestly thought that there was not a product out there but I am so thankful I was wrong. Worth every penny. I also finish with they're facial fuel afterwards it really does keep your skin looking fresh.

Best Shave EverI used this for the fist time three days ago. Having run out of my own standard shaving foam, I stole a tube of this from my father. Immediately I was shocked and mildly confusing when I squeezed out what looked to be SPF 50 suncream, I persevered. I ran through the normal motions of shaving and got my face and hands extremely wet, a mistake it appears with this cream as I washed it off several times. So I started again, with a moist face and damp hands, the cream clung on. My standard 5 bladed razor glided against my face with unknown ease and closeness and once I was done, my face felt 14 again. It was that smooth! Does take a shave or two to get used to, but I wouldn't use anything else now.
