Discontinuing all men's hair grooming products??
Hey Kiehl's: ALL of your men's hair grooming products are out of stock and have been for months. I think the Creative Cream Wax has been out for two years! Either discontinue and take them off your site, or INFORM us what gives. I have been loyal to Kiehl's but you are not showing loyalty to us. I shifted to the Texturizing Clay when the wax was out, and now THE CLAY is out of stock, too! Be honest with us, we can take it! (Pro tip on the clay: add a drop or two of water and rub it in so it's white in your palm; it applies and acts more like the wax and is not so sticky.)

Great product for thick hair
I love this texturizing clay! I really like the creative cream wax as well and have used that for a while but I have really thick hair and especially if it gets a little on the longer side the creative cream wax didn't hold for an entire. The texturizing clay is a little thicker (still very pliable) and has much stronger hold. I've been using it in tandem with the creative cream wax. Blow dry, then add a little bit of creative cream wax, blow dry with cold air, and then apply the clay and I'm golden. You don't need to use a ton.

Bring it back or good 👋
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product took years to find. This is the product that brought me in and I always pick up the shampoo and and midnight serum but this is the product that gets me in your doors without this I can find other serums and shampoos- nothing super special about those products they were nice and I’d buy them but wasn’t loyal to them only bought them cause I came in for this fabulous clay. STOP DISCONTINUING EVERYTHING RANDOMLY
This is such a great product but Kiehl's continues to discontinue their best so they can make a bunch of random stuff no one uses. Please, this is not how you keep and build loyal customers.

Best Hair Product I've Ever Purchased
I have tried a LOT of different hair fibre pastes, clays, waxes, and gels, but this Texturing Clay is by far my favorite. The consistency is perfect---not too stiff but not too loose---so it is easy to use and work with. As a result, it holds my fine/wavy/curly hair all day long without it falling down or getting messed up. On days I know I will be working all day and going to an event after work, I use just a little bit extra and it holds no problem. Make sure to apply it while your hair is still wet after getting out of the shower; I also take a wide comb after applying the Clay with my hands to brush it through and give my hair some volume and it works great.

Bring this product back
This product is excellent. Whoever made the decision to discontinue it must not have hair to use it. It’s very disappointing to read it was discontinued.

BRING BACK THIS PRODUCT
I have been using this product for years. It was the best I came across. Its now discontinued and i'm upset that this is the case. It was a very good product. I noticed it was becoming harder to get and now I understand why. I hope this product will come back eventually.

OMG, I can’t believe this is being discontinued! What are you thinking. This random discontinuation of products is crazy. Whoever made this decision needs their “hair” and head examined.
