Surprisingly effective
I've had issues with dry skin after showering. I've tried all types of soaps/cleansers ranging from regular foaming, gentile foaming, goat milk soap, even non-foaming clay bars and all of them still resulted in dry skin. This oil-based foaming cleanser is the exception. It still lathers up (not a whole lot thankfully), but the skin seems to absorb a bit of the oil as well. I don't even need to moisturize after my shower. The reason for 4 stars is because I wish there were an unscented version since I'm generally not a fan of scents (although this product does have a nice scent).

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love it. Skin care is very important to me. I treat my body skin just like my facial skin. Double cleansing is a must in my skin care routine and this is the perfect product to do so. The smell, is not my favorite... only because I tend to like strong scents (it's a rather delicous scent, just soft and not my primary choice scent profile). The creme de corps scent is very soft and buttery scent that disapates quickly. I poured the oil directly into my hand and massaged over my body. The oil spread like a thin velvety veil that transformed to a thin, yet luxurious foam. It is not overly sudsy and one can feel the soothing, moisturizing and cleaning wonderment the product promised. Kiehls delivered with this one!

Silky smooth skin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of the product at Christmas and immediately fell in love with it. The smell is very pleasant and it does linger . I will say that you get better foaming results putting the oil directly on the skin rather than using a cloth. This has become a favorite shower product.

Buy this!
This is probably the very best oil foaming body wash out there. And, I have tried them all. It's a thin texture but not too thin. On completely damp skin it foams. It's very soothing and moisturizing while still leaving a clean feeling. The smell is as described, a sweet vanilla/almond fragrance. A little does go a long way, although I'm always too generous when using liquid cleansers, but seem to be able to control this pretty well with the package design. I will be buying it again for sure.

I recieved a samples and love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample recently it is perfectly lightly foamed. I use my preferred shea soap first them poured this foam cleanser into my exfoliating gloves and it lathers perfectly. It is lightly scented and all around I am enjoying it so far.

Luxurious shower
This body cleanser feels like a real treat and my skin os left feeling really hydrated and soft afterwards however i do feel for what it is and how quickly you would use it up the price is a bit expensive.
