I have finally depleted my entire stock pile after being told, "back in stock soon" for months. A clear answer on weather this is being discontinued or not would be great, or simply facing supply chain issues like everyone else. At least implimenting a viable replacement would of been nice.... Been a loyal Kiehls customer for 20+ years, only products I use. Always liked the convivence of 1 stop shop for all my hygiene needs. Interaction with Kiehls regarding a single simple answer on my favorites product is quickly driving me away from the brand.

About to Kiehl over waiting for a real answer!
Last review is spot on! What an absolute joke. This brand is part of a multi-billion dollar enterprise called Loreal. Can someone make make an executive decision and order some product to be make?? How about the novel idea of having a back-up order in the pipeline at the same time?? Guess what! You will sell it all and I will buy more of your product instead of the crummy alternative I'm using now.
Can someone tell the Brand President to read consumer reviews??

Have tried the rest? Now try the best!
This hair shape product is non greasy and perfect for thin hair. I have spent hundreds of pounds over the years on different products for my thin lank hair and this product does the business. brush it out for thickness and volume or just use as a style aid, sits nice with no residue.
Please, please, please restock soon i am on my last weeks worth I treat the stuff like gold dust!

Does anyone work in supply chains at corporate?
Been using this product for years and years, but no one on planet earth can seem to give anyone a straight answer on whether it is ever coming back in stock. Your poor store reps are always apologizing for this and even your Twitter team hasn't any clue (you should probably make sure to change that). So pretty please, with sugar on top, what exactly is happening?

one of the best waxes on the market
As a young male with a full head of hair that I have been wearing spiky, messy, etc. for years and years, I have used nearly every hair wax product under the sun. This is, hands down, one of the best - if not THE best.
It smells amazing, the ingredients don't dry out your hair or pollute your scalp, and it rinses away in the shower without feeling like there's glue stuck in your hair.
I cannot recommend this product enough!

Best Purchase Ever
I have found that, after purchasing and employing Kiehl's Creative Cream Wax, my hair not only seems to hold strong in style no matter what activity engages me; I also seem to look better in all photographs that are taken of me.

Best Hair Product I’ve Ever Purchased
I’ve tried almost every hair product (from $-$$$$) with strong hold and little to no shine and this one takes the title by a long shot. It’s not even close. Absolute blow out. Been using this product for 5+ years. Every now and then I get a little bit of a wandering eye, thinking maybe, just maybe, there might be a new product out there that could be better... but I always end up coming back to the Creative Cream Wax
For the best outcome, use on hair after shower when hair is about 93% dry
Pretty perplexed about how this is only rated 3.5 stars....are reviewers thinking they’re getting a high-shine pomade? What’s going on here? Bewildering...even my girlfriend is obsessed with this wax as a tool to keep stray hairs out of her face.
