My daughter had been dealing with dandruff for over a year now and nothing was helping. Were even asked her pediatrician and she told us to try Neutrogena T gel and some Morrocan oil. Still not helping at all. I had a left-over bottle of Magic Elixir I had used a while ago and tried it on her hair. It really is magic. It instantly took away the dandruff. She uses it now every time she's going to wash her hair and the dandruff has stayed away. After trying almost everything I'm blown away by how well this works. Her scalp is moisturized and her hair is so incredibly soft! They better NEVER discontinue this product. It's hands down the best scalp fixer ever!!

Best hair treatment!
I am in my early 40s with long, professionally colored and highlighted hair. Lately my hair has become dry and dull and my scalp is drier than ever this winter. I used this product for the first time today and my hair is amazing soft and silky. I spend a lot on hair products, the best shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners, heat protector sprays, styling products etc. None of the products made by others have come even close to making my hair look this wonderful and feel this soft! Some have commented on the smell in a negative way, but I don't mind it, it is not overpowering especially as you put it on for 10 minutes before shampooing.

FABULOUS for restoring menopausal hair!
I am using this on my scalp/hair for at least 15 minutes & sometimes up to a few hours before washing my hair. Perimenopause has caused my skin and hair to become very dry and I have been getting expensive glossing treatments at the salon every 3 weeks to overcome that. Since not being able to get my hair done, I researched products to use at home & found this one.
IT WORKS!! My hair is so glossy & shiny & manageable, like it was when I was in my 20s, and actually even better than after the salon treatments. Thank you SO MUCH for making this terrific product & making it very affordably priced, as well!!

Scalp oil for sensitive skin is great
This is a lovely oil, for the scalp. I have sensitive skin, and needed a lightweight scalp oil that would moisturize my scalp, especially during these Winter months. The smell is light and lovely. The oil goes on smoothly and goes to the scalp without making it oily. My hair type is Average (not too oily and not real dry). So I apply the oil on my scalp and the ends of my hair BEFORE I take a shower. Then I allow the oil to do it's job for about 15 minutes. Then I get in my shower and wash it off. I let my hair AIR DRY. Once my hair is dry, my skin is NOT itchy and I love that. Plus the ends of my long hair are shiny.

What a relief!
This product is magic for me :) I have been losing my hair from stress from classes on top of my scalp getting abnormally dry, flaky and irritated. Needless to say I have been desperate to find something that would work for longer than a day to relieve my scalp issues.
This product did it for me.. I love the smell too :) I typically put it on my scalp before a run then wash it out after. Not sure how you could complain about the price if you have serious scalp issues. To each their own but I find this product to be a great value :)

The only conditioning treatment I'll ever use again
I have fine hair, but a lot of it. It has always been really difficult to get it to behave, and I have a cupboard full of products that I wasted my money on and used only once or twice because they made my hair super flat at the roots and not conditioned enough at the ends.
This product has been a game changer for me. I use it every other day before I shampoo, leave it on for 10-20 minutes, use a gentle shampoo and no additional conditioner. My hair is fuller, shinier, healthier and so much easier to deal with. Finally!

Incredible product!
This preshampoo oil is extraordinary—and gives my hair and scalp a feeling of being renewed after using it. Have used Kiehl’s products for decades.
PLEASE GUYS—do not discontinue or change this formulation. It is perfection.
Denver is considered a high desert—with a very arid climate here. Dry as a bone, and with powerful rays of sunshine.
I use your mineral sunscreen and liter of grapefruit soap as well. Thank you!

Super shiny hair & clean scalp
I have very fine hair and tend to stay away from oily hair products, however I'd read so many wonderful things about this product I had to try it. It rinsed out easily and left no residue. My hair was soft, manageable and shiny. I often use build-up remover products but after using this product my scalp felt even more clean than it's ever felt after using a build-up remover shampoo. I now use it once or twice a week along with my normal hair routine. Highly recommended, even for fine hair.
